Product Overview

The Enclosed Pipe Belt Conveyor is a new generation of bulk material handling equipment designed for dust-free, flexible, and long-distance transport.
It combines the advantages of conventional belt conveyors and tubular systems, offering a fully enclosed, curved, and environmentally safe conveying method.

Unlike flat belt conveyors, the pipe-type system encloses the material within a circular belt formed by hexagonal idler sets, preventing spillage and contamination while enabling complex routing with horizontal and vertical curves.

    The tubular belt completely seals off the material from the external environment, ensuring zero dust, no material loss, and protection from rain and wind.

    The circular tube geometry ensures perfect alignment, reducing idler wear and eliminating belt deviation problems.

Working Principle

The system applies a frictional drive mechanism identical to a standard belt conveyor.
Material enters through a feeding chute, then the belt wraps into a pipe shape via six idlers arranged in a hexagonal pattern.
The enclosed material travels smoothly along curves and inclines until discharged at the head pulley. The return belt remains closed, maintaining a clean conveying loop.
